We only need access to regular 10-amp power source and water—everything else is on us!
Don’t have access to power? No worries—we can provide a battery-powered generator for an additional fee.

Unfortunately, no. Our carts are unable to navigate stairs, so your venue will need to be accessible. If the event is on an upper level, we’ll need access to a ramp or lift. Please note: the bike cart can only be accessed via a goods lift (not a regular lift). If we arrive and cannot access the location due to stairs, we will not be able to proceed with the event, and the booking will be non-refundable.

Yes! All of our sorbets are dairy-free and vegan, making them the perfect treat for a wide variety of dietary preferences.
We offer a range of flavours free from common allergens such as wheat, eggs, dairy, and nuts. When selecting your flavours, please let us know of any allergies, and we’ll be happy to assist.
That said, we take care to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, but please be aware that our staff use the same water for the scoopers, so there may be a small risk. Feel free to chat with our staff during service if you have any concerns about allergies.
While our suppliers take great care to avoid cross-contamination, all our gelato is made in the same facility using the same equipment, so trace amounts of allergens may still be present.

To secure your event, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit. The balance is due one week prior to your event. Don’t worry—the deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.

For health and safety reasons, only our trained staff are permitted to serve the gelato. We want to ensure everything is served safely and with the best quality!

Yes, you can cancel up to one month before your event, but please note that your 20% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within one week of your event may incur additional cancellation fees. If you need to discuss your options, feel free to call Katherine at 0412 829 029.

Depending on the location there may be a travel fee. Please let us know the location of your event and we will provide you with a fee estimate.

Absolutely! We can set up both indoors or outdoors, as long as we have the required access & power. But please note in warmer weather, rain or high wind we will need to make sure we are undercover in a shaded area away from trees, sun & rain.
